Back in 1995, I had the most glorious mega mullet one could possibly imagine. It had taken perhaps ten years to get it "just right". I freely admit this; I was a rocker and the mullet was my badge of honor. I babied it, buying only the best shampoos and conditioners and actually maintaining it on a monthly basis. My golden blond locks, "business in the front, party in the back", were the envy of many a
follically-
challenged man (and a good number of women, judging by how many actually would stop me to touch it). However, when my daughter was close to entering this world, I made the drastic decision to do away with childish things and enter manhood by shaving it off. Completely. I mean I was down to the skin, baby. It took some time to get used to and I tried a number of different styles before finally settling back to that basic of all guy's haircuts: cropped on the sides, spiky on top. My experimentation was limited to
occasionally dying it jet black (or sometimes blue black, which was always interesting.....).
Now, 13 years later, it is time once again for a change. Something to commemorate the impending birth of my son. Something a wee bit more daring.....
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, I present to you.....The D-Hawk. Not quite a Mohawk, yet something more than a Faux-hawk. Enjoy.

I love the D hawk. Also to note the nice round head! This is good when considering genetics and hoping for a nice round baby head!
